MOUTH & NOSE TAPE BUNDLE - 60 Pack

I initially tried the sample pack of the nose/mouth tape. I was hesitant to tape my mouth as I had had some sinus & didn't feel comfortable taping my mouth yet.
I use the nose tape to begin with & that made a huge positive impact to my sleep quality.
Once I tried both products together, I immediately placed an order for the bundle. I have yet to become more consistent with using them each night given my schedule, however, I am so impressed at the quality of the product and especially the positive impact it has had on my sleep.
I have a sleep app that records snippets of audio during the night, especially focused on snoring, & since using Ghost Tape, there have been far few instances of evidence of snoring. This tape is very comfortable, easy to apply, nil residue left on easy removal. Works well in maintaining mouth closed during sleep. Definitely rate this product and will try it against another brand to gauge its effectiveness. It's 9/10 only losing a point due to the backing paper is a little fiddle getting it off at first, as has no split in it.

The new ghost tape is awesome and remains on all night. The half fold is heaps easier to remove now.

I've only been using the tape for a week, and my sleep has improved so much. I don't wake up throughout the night in my first week.

I love the tape. I am on a cpap machine & I use a nasal pillow. I found that I would open my mouth during the night, so I now use the ghost tape & solution solved!!!

Idk what the difference is in your tape but it sticks to my face way better and doesn't leave annoying sticky stuff all over my face. So good, just ordered more

How have I only just found this, I started tracking my sleep about 6 months ago and last night was the best quality sleep I had had since. What a product!

I've tried a couple of other brands but the value for money here is insane, I thought it would be a lower quality but was even better. The backside sticky bit was easier to get off.
