At Ghost Tape, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and reach you in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information:
Order Processing
We ship all orders placed before 8 AM on the same business day. Orders placed after 8 AM will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Times
- Metro Australia: 2-3 business days
- Regional Australia: 3-5 business days
- Rural Australia: 4-7 business days
- New Zealand: 4-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
- Sample Bundles: Shipped without tracking in a standard envelope for cost efficiency.
- Full-Size Packs & Bundles: Shipped with tracking in a branded parcel for secure and reliable delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Shipping fees are inclusive of our total fulfillment costs (staff, warehousing, insurance, shipping materials etc)

- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held liable for packages sent to an incorrect or outdated address.
- Please ensure you double check your delivery address that you enter at checkout, any errors or requests to change the delivery address post checkout may be denied at our discretion. We will try our best with Australia Post to update the delivery address but sometimes it may not be possible
