I can breathe

We got the sample pack to try, we put the nose strip's on b4 bed and had the best sleep. We didn't realise how well they worked till we took them off the next morning. Definitely will buy a bulk pack .

Sound sleep!

I have only been using my nose and mouth strips for two nights as I have only just purchased them. I have already felt a huge difference in my sleep and I feel great the next day! I will definitely be buying more.

Great quality

I wanted to be able to give a 5 star review but the nose strips that come in the sample pack are so big I couldn’t use them. The mouth tape is comfortable and works well though!

Not for me.

I couldn’t do it. The first night I wasn’t able to leave the nose strip on for long as it got itchy and I had to itch under it, then it wouldn’t stick down again. The mouth tape I kept on for a few hours until I couldn’t take the suffocating feeling anymore and had to take it off. The second night I cut a slit in the centre to see if that would help, as I’ve seen some brands like that, but then it just allowed me to breathe through my mouth. I haven’t tried my final set yet. I just feel like I cannot breathe. The nose tape does open your nostrils though.

Living in qld and going through menopause, I sweat a bit. I can’t get them to stick for longer than 30sec. Glad I tried the trial first. Would love suggestions, as I think would really help me.

Thanks for leaving your feedback, in order for the tape to stick initially your face must be completely dry of any oils or moisture. Once it has been applied you can sweat and the tape won't come off.

Our nose tape has actually been designed for cross-fit & boxing level intensity and is used quite a lot in the industry so it definitely won't fall off.

But yeah, just ensure that the face is COMPLETELY dry and you won't have an issue :)
